I built separate niche advertising Islands around subjects I actually create content around. I use the Parking Spots myself. Other people can buy the same advertising. And if you help introduce those customers, you can get paid for helping create that business.

I’m not going to pretend I magically found them myself the second time around.

If that customer comes back later and buys another current advertising product on the same Island, that new purchase can pay you again.

One advertiser may buy one Parking Spot and disappear.

Another may come back every month.

A Realtor may park listings, neighborhoods, open houses or services. A runner may park race stories, coaching or gear. A business may build a whole Garage of products and services. A creator may keep adding pages around videos.

That’s why I care more about building a book of customers than bragging about one $1.40 commission.

Those are the direct commissions on the current Freak Sites advertising products.

⭐ WANT TO BUILD A NETWORK? YOU CAN DO THAT TOO.

Again — you don’t have to.

But if you see an opportunity to build a connected affiliate network, the current five-position structure is:

20% → 15% → 10% → 5% → 5%

That means one completed purchase can share up to 55% across the connected path.

The customer purchase creates the revenue.

The affiliate path determines how that share is divided.

So yes, the $7 Parking Spot is the front door.

But it isn’t the only thing an affiliate can sell.

💵 OKAY. SHOW ME WHAT A REAL BOOK OF ADVERTISING CUSTOMERS CAN LOOK LIKE.

Fair question.

Twelve customers buying one Parking Spot a month proves the math, but it doesn’t really show the business.

If you’re actually brokering advertising, the more interesting question is:

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN CUSTOMERS ACTUALLY USE THE PRODUCT AND BUILD GARAGES?

So let’s use HousingFreak.com again and assume an active advertiser creates:

ONE $7 PARKING SPOT PER WEEK

That’s 52 Parking Spots per year.

A Realtor could use those pages for listings, open houses, neighborhoods, market updates, buyer stories, seller stories, services, videos or whatever else belongs on Housing Freak.

At seven bucks each:

52 × $7 = $364 PER ACTIVE CUSTOMER PER YEAR

That’s not an outrageous annual advertising budget.

It’s one full-page ad a week.

⭐ START WITH 25 ACTIVE CUSTOMERS AT EACH PAID POSITION

Now we’re talking about a real book of advertising customers instead of a handful of occasional buyers.

At each paid position:

25 CUSTOMERS × 52 PARKING SPOTS = 1,300 PARKING SPOTS

1,300 × $7 = $9,100 IN ADVERTISING SALES

Now apply the five-position commission structure:

20% direct = $1,820
15% first connected position = $1,365
10% second connected position = $910
5% third connected position = $455
5% fourth connected position = $455

$5,005 IN ANNUAL COMMISSIONS

Behind that number are:

125 active advertising customers across the five paid positions;
6,500 Parking Spots created during the year;
and $45,500 in actual advertising sales.

And we’re still using only the $7 Parking Spot.

No Video Spotlights.
No StoryDrive™ purchases.

ONE CUSTOMER BUYING ONE $7 AD ISN’T THE INTERESTING PART.
CUSTOMERS BUILDING GARAGES IS WHERE THE MATH STARTS MOVING.

⭐ WHAT IF YOU BUILD A SERIOUS BOOK?

Double the example to 50 active customers at each paid position.

Each customer still creates only one $7 Parking Spot per week.

50 × 52 = 2,600 PARKING SPOTS PER POSITION

2,600 × $7 = $18,200 IN ADVERTISING SALES PER POSITION

20% direct = $3,640
15% first connected position = $2,730
10% second connected position = $1,820
5% third connected position = $910
5% fourth connected position = $910

That represents:

250 active advertising customers across the five paid positions;
13,000 Parking Spots during the year;
and $91,000 in advertising sales.

Again — no $99 Video Spotlights and no $299 StoryDrive™ purchases in that math.

Just the seven-dollar product being used consistently.

⭐ NOW REMEMBER — THERE’S MORE THAN ONE ISLAND.

Each Freak Site has its own Affiliate Program, so you don’t magically build one customer book and get paid everywhere.

But if you understand more than one market, you can build separate books of advertising customers on separate Islands.

Using the same 50-active-customers-per-position example:

ONE FREAK SITE = $10,010

THREE FREAK SITES = $30,030

FIVE FREAK SITES = $50,050

That’s not saying the same 250 advertisers somehow belong on five unrelated Islands.

It’s showing what the same level of brokerage activity could look like if you built comparable customer books in multiple markets.

A person might understand cars and housing.
Another might understand travel, running and sponsorships.
Somebody else may decide one Island is plenty.

That’s your call.

ONE ISLAND CAN BECOME A BOOK OF BUSINESS.
MULTIPLE ISLANDS CAN BECOME MULTIPLE BOOKS OF BUSINESS.

And if some of those customers also buy Video Spotlights or StoryDrive™?

That’s additional commission revenue on top of the examples above.

These are mathematical illustrations, not promises that anybody will build a customer book this size or earn these amounts.

Those things may be promoted on a Freak Site, but your commission comes from selling the advertising product itself.

Start with an Island you understand.

Cars Freak: dealers, shops, collectors, parts businesses, events, creators or somebody with a vehicle worth talking about.
Housing Freak: Realtors, landlords, contractors, investors, property managers or local businesses.
Travelers Freak: hotels, vacation rentals, tour operators, restaurants, travel creators or destinations.
Runner Freak: race directors, coaches, clubs, stores, brands, creators or runners with stories worth parking.
Weapons Freak: lawful businesses, ranges, museums, trainers, collectors, creators, veterans organizations or companies somewhere around that world.
Grave Freak: funeral homes, cemeteries, genealogists, memorial businesses, authors, historians, creators or somebody with a story that belongs around the grave.
Sponsors Freak: creators, events, athletes, businesses, brands, venues or projects looking for attention.

You don’t need a million followers.

You need somebody who looks at what I’m building and thinks:

“WAIT A MINUTE… I COULD USE THIS.”

Then send them your affiliate link.

⭐ EACH ISLAND HAS ITS OWN AFFILIATE PROGRAM

This part matters.

Freak Sites is the home base for the idea, but the Islands are separate websites.

If you want to broker advertising on an Island, you apply to that Island’s Affiliate Program.

Joining one Island does not automatically enroll you everywhere else.

You can apply to one Island, several Islands or all of them if that actually makes sense for you.

Pick the Island you understand and go look around.

Open the Affiliate Program page.
Submit the free affiliate application.
Wait for approval.
Get your affiliate link and dashboard.
Start introducing customers.

Somebody buys through your link? You get paid.

⭐ HOW DO PAYOUTS WORK?

Current payouts are generally made:

through PayPal Payouts;
every other Friday;
after the current $25 minimum payout threshold is reached.

Refunds, chargebacks, fraud and other transactions that don’t count under the Affiliate Terms don’t pay commissions.

That’s the boring part, but it’s also pretty normal. 😂
